Welcome to Soul Kitchen AI!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soul Kitchen AI platform, including the Soul app, websites, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.

4. AI Interactions
The Services may include interactions with AI agents or chatbots. These AI interactions are intended for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. Soul Kitchen AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by AI agents.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
* Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
* Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
* Use any automated means (e.g., robots, spiders) to access or collect data from the Services.
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Soul Kitchen AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Delaware, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul Kitchen AI with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Soul Kitchen AI.
15. Changes to Terms
Soul Kitchen AI may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on our website and notify you as required by law. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
